discussion about what you want your therapist to focus on, what they should avoid, and any relevant health history to provide you with the most beneficial, tailored, and rejuvenating massage therapy treatment.
giving you time to undress for the the treatment and dress after the treatment
The remainder of your appointment time is dedicated to the treatment and applying any massage enhancements that you may have added to your treatment.
What areas are focused on during a massage?
Following the initial consultation, appointment type, and body scan, the therapist will provide a full body massage, while dedicating extra time to areas that need more attention based on their professional assessment.
How do I prepare for a massage appointment?
Take a Shower: A warm shower before your appointment can help you feel more relaxed and clean, making it easier for the therapist to work on your muscles.
Drink Water: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before your massage. This helps keep your muscles relaxed and will support the release of toxins that can be flushed out during the session.
Use the Restroom: Use the restroom prior to your appointment so you do not interrupt your massage treatment. Time will not be extended if you have to use the restroom during your session.
What is the massage therapy appointment process?
At your scheduled time, the therapist will greet you in the lobby and escort you to your treatment room. There, they will conduct a brief pre-consultation to discuss your health, concerns, and goals for the session. Afterward, the therapist will step out so you can undress and lie face down on the treatment table, keeping your undergarments on. Please ensure that your body is fully covered with the sheets and your cellphone is on silent. After the session, the therapist will exit the room for you to dress and leave the treatment room. Please do not take no more than 5 minutes to leave the treatment room at the end of your session. Please meet the therapist in the lobby to checkout.
